I bet some little kid is so bummed today.

My Old Standby

Ice Cream!

But this time, a little creation of my own.

The scoop at the top is Vanilla Bean made with Coconut Milk, on the left, we have Haagan Dazs Milk Chocolate and on the lower right is a small scoop of Lavender Lemon cream cheese.

These are all teeny, tiny scoops and topped off with some fresh blueberries.

I tried to make it fancy looking so I just didn't dive into an entire pint and eat the whole freakin' thing.

It was delicious and I actually felt fancy while I ate it watching bad Lifetime Television.
